什么是習慣?
習慣的定義:知識、技能、意愿、生活的交集。
知識是做什么及為何去做,技能是如何去做,意愿是想要去做,生活要養成習慣,就要均衡發(fā)展這三個(gè)元素。
高效人士的七個(gè)習慣
習慣一:主動(dòng)積極 Be Proactive
主動(dòng)積極即采取主動(dòng),為自己過(guò)去、現在及未來(lái)的行為負責,并依據原則及價(jià)值觀(guān),而非情緒或外在環(huán)境來(lái)下決定。創(chuàng )造改變,積極面對一切。you must use your resourcefulness and your initiative to work toward your personal goals.
習慣二:以終為始 Begin With the End in Mind
所有事物都經(jīng)過(guò)兩次的創(chuàng )造,先是在腦海里,其次才是實(shí)質(zhì)的創(chuàng )造。個(gè)人、團隊和組織在做任何計劃時(shí),均先擬出愿景和目標,并據此塑造未來(lái),全心投注于自己最重視的原則、價(jià)值觀(guān)、關(guān)系及目標之上。

習慣三:要事第一 Put First Things First
要事第一即實(shí)質(zhì)的創(chuàng )造,是你的目標、愿景、價(jià)值觀(guān)及要事的組織與實(shí)踐。把要事放在第一位。
Create a clear, mutual understanding of what needs to be accomplished, focusing on what, not how; results not methods.
習慣四:雙贏(yíng)思維 Think Win-Win
雙贏(yíng)思維是一種基于互敬,尋求互惠的思考框架與心意。雙贏(yíng)思維鼓勵我們解決問(wèn)題,并協(xié)助個(gè)人找到互惠的解決辦法,是一種信息、力量、認可及報酬的分享。
Win-Win is a frame of mind that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions.
習慣五:知彼解己 Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood
當我們改變以回答的心態(tài),改以了解對方的心態(tài)去聆聽(tīng)別人,便能開(kāi)啟真正的溝通,增進(jìn)彼此關(guān)系。知彼需要仁慈心;解己需要勇氣,能平衡兩者,則可大幅提升溝通的效率。
Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply. Seek First to Understand‘ involves a very deep shift in paradigm.
習慣六:統合綜效 Synergize
統合綜效是創(chuàng )造第三種選擇,既非按照我的方式,亦非你的方式,而是第三種遠勝過(guò)個(gè)人之見(jiàn)的辦法。它是互相尊重的成果。使整體獲得一加一大于二的成效。實(shí)踐統合綜效的人際關(guān)系和團隊會(huì )揚棄敵對的態(tài)度(1+1=1/2),不以妥協(xié)為目標(1+1=1 1/2),也不僅止于合作(1+1=2),他們要的是創(chuàng )造式的合作(1+1=3 或更多)。
Synergy works is the crowning achievement of all the previous habits. It is effectiveness in an interdependent reality-- it is teamwork, team building, the development of unity and creativity with other human beings.
習慣七:不斷更新 Sharpening the Saw
在四個(gè)基本生活方面(生理、社會(huì )、情感、心智)中,不斷更新自己。這個(gè)習慣提升了其它六個(gè)習慣的實(shí)施效率。對組織而言,七習慣提供了愿景、更新及不斷的改善,使組織不至呈現老化及疲態(tài),并邁向新的成長(cháng)之徑。對個(gè)人而言,七習慣使個(gè)人效能升級,日新月異,永遠向前。
