第三期廣交會(huì )依然在進(jìn)行中,周六也就結束了,不知道大家這次參展的效果如何?昨晚略看了一下毅冰老師的直播課,他講的也是和展會(huì )有關(guān)的內容,稍微摘抄了一些客戶(hù)來(lái)展位時(shí)的交流英語(yǔ),大家可以一起看看。
作為參展商,如果有客戶(hù)從攤位前經(jīng)過(guò),主動(dòng)招呼客戶(hù)是必要的,有時(shí)候公司參展人員多,還需要到人多的地方把客戶(hù)拉過(guò)來(lái)自己展位。

假如客戶(hù)說(shuō),他的名片已經(jīng)發(fā)完了,準備走的時(shí)候,有以下的表達!

Got it! well, here's my card anyway. if you ever want to chat more about our products, just email me or call me.

其實(shí),這些展會(huì )英語(yǔ)適用于任何一場(chǎng)展會(huì )用來(lái)接待客戶(hù),大家根據自己行業(yè)和產(chǎn)品做調整,靈活變動(dòng)就行??蛻?hù)的名片基本上都會(huì )有電話(huà),郵箱,客戶(hù)公司名字和網(wǎng)址等,如果能跟客戶(hù)要到名片,對于后續的跟進(jìn)是非常有意義的。
只是現在很多老外來(lái)到中國都會(huì )準備一張國內用的手機卡,所以就會(huì )有微信,其實(shí)我們在跟客戶(hù)聊的過(guò)程中,當客戶(hù)一開(kāi)始不肯給名片,不妨問(wèn)他是否有微信或者WhatsApp。
當客戶(hù)來(lái)到展位時(shí),或者經(jīng)過(guò)展位時(shí),可以主動(dòng)說(shuō):
Hi brother/friend, nice day to you. would you mind come inside have a look? we have some coffee for you.
Hi friend, welcome to our booth, where are you from? we have prepared some coffee /candy for you, come and take a rest.
當客戶(hù)進(jìn)到展位后,談?wù)撘粫?huì )你就可以問(wèn)他要名片了,如果他不肯給名片,就跟他要WhatsApp或者讓他手寫(xiě)郵箱地址等。
May I have your name please? this is xxx, you can go through it. by the way, may I have your wechat or whatsapp please? it will more convinient for us to talk after this fair.
在展會(huì )上,我們也會(huì )遇到客戶(hù)主動(dòng)給我們聯(lián)系方式的,上次在展會(huì )就有比較多的客戶(hù)經(jīng)過(guò)都會(huì )要求主動(dòng)添加聯(lián)系方式,比如客戶(hù)會(huì )說(shuō):
you can add my wechat/ whatsapp, let's talk later/chat later.
像這些客戶(hù),你就要趕緊聯(lián)系,最好能拍個(gè)照片發(fā)給他,加強他的記憶,后續跟進(jìn)了之后再問(wèn)他要郵箱等信息。
我們這個(gè)行業(yè),一般客戶(hù)來(lái)了,我們都會(huì )問(wèn)他是否已經(jīng)確認場(chǎng)地了?或者是項目打算自用還是投資,是準備在哪里投資等這些問(wèn)題。一般都是問(wèn)清楚相關(guān)的需求,判定客戶(hù)是有投資意向的才會(huì )問(wèn)客戶(hù)要聯(lián)系方式。
如果客戶(hù)只是經(jīng)過(guò),對我們的項目根本沒(méi)有需求,你一通胡攪蠻纏只是浪費彼此的時(shí)間。因此每個(gè)人的產(chǎn)品和行業(yè)不同,大家也要學(xué)會(huì )應對之法。
