The Chinese language bar and the punctuation icon on the bar:
If Microsoft Chinese Input Method has been set up from the Control Panel in your PC, a language bar will be shown on the desktop of your computer. In the language bar, you will see an icon for punctuation. This icon will tell you whether the keyboard is currently ready for inputting the Chinese or English punctuation.
?Switch between the two modes:
1.If the English punctuation mode is active, can left-click your mouse on the punctuation icon to switch to the Chinese punctuation. Or vice versus.
Type keys for the specific Chinese punctuation marks
2. If the English punctuation mode is active, you can switch to the Chinese punctuation mode by left-clicking the mouse on the punctuation icon. If the keyboard is ready for the Chinese punctuation, you can now type a designated key for the desired punctuation mark. Below is a list of all the keys assigned to the Chinese punctuation.
