威廉·布萊克，英國第一位重要的浪漫主義詩(shī)人、版畫(huà)家。主要詩(shī)作有詩(shī)集《純真之歌》、《經(jīng)驗之歌》等。早期作品簡(jiǎn)潔明快，中后期作品趨向玄妙深沉，充滿(mǎn)神秘色彩。 他一生中與妻子相依為命靠繪畫(huà)和雕版的勞酬清貧為生，沒(méi)有大書(shū)特書(shū)之處，只有一些一直延續的簡(jiǎn)單事實(shí)和緊迫的藝術(shù)創(chuàng )作活動(dòng)。后來(lái)詩(shī)人葉芝等人重編了他的詩(shī)集，人們才驚訝于他的純真與深刻。
