Ingredients(材料):
4 center loin pork chops(4份豬里脊排)
For the marinade( 腌泡汁):

Instructions(做法):
1、Place the pork chops in a large Ziploc bag.

2、Whisk together all of the marinade ingredients and pour over the pork chops.

3、Marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge.

4、Grill over medium high heat until fully cooked, about 7 minutes per side for 1 inch thick chops. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature of the chops hits at least 160 degrees F.
