談到燴飯,迪耶戈分享道:“意式燴飯既可以作為開(kāi)胃品也可以作為主食的一部分。意大利燴飯的基本原料包括意大利米飯,肉湯基底,以及調味品香料例如藏紅花等。將意大利飯與鮮美肉湯慢火烹飪至入味,加入適量的葡萄酒使使其香味濃郁,最后奶酪與黃油的加入讓燴飯口味更具層次感。慢火烹調過(guò)程是將意大利飯與調味品香料,以及肉湯混合,尤其是藏紅花的加入,并緩慢加熱?!?/p>

According to Chef Diego, risotto is a simple rice dish that is served as either an appetiser or a main course. The basic ingredients include Italian rice, broth and flavourings or spices such as saffron. The Italian rice is slowly cooked with the broth and sometimes wine is added, then it is finished with fresh grated cheese and butter. This slow-cooking principle emphasises the dish’s rich flavours and spices, particularly saffron.
This hearty, warming and rich dish can be prepared using any of a wide array of ingredients, including, but not limited to, specialty herbs, seasonal fish and various meats.
