Card Funding Services - General Terms and Conditions

1. The funding of an account by credit/ debit card is allowed only to clients of Dukascopy Bank SA whohave waived the benefit of the Swiss banking secrecy withinDukascopy Group. The name of the card holder must be identical tothe name of the account holder with Dukascopy Bank SA. Transfersfrom third parties are not accepted; funds will be wired back atyour expenses.
2. The maximum amount accepted throughcredit / debit card is CHF 10,000 / USD 10,000 / EUR 8,000 / GBP7,000, depending on currency selected.
3. Debit cards (Maestro, Visa Electron)and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa) are accepted for funding. Thetypes of cards accepted by Dukascopy Bank SA may change at any timewithout prior notice to clients.
4. Dukascopy Bank SA does not chargeany fee for the account funding via credit / debit card, however,the commission of our partner bank (2.3% of the transaction amount)will apply. This commission will be deducted from the amountselected by you to be transferred on your account. Should clientswant to use a card having other base currency than EUR or USD orGBP, the payment amount will be converted to CHF, EUR, USD or GBP(as may apply at the client's choice) at the applicable exchangerate of AS "Rietumu Banka"; an additional conversion fee may be duein such cases.
5. The Card Funding Service and allinvolved technology are provided by AS "Rietumu Banka", itsassociates and sub-contractors. Dukascopy Bank SA does not controlthe Card Funding Service and makes no warranty as to itsavailability, functionality, integrity and suitability for anypurpose. Dukascopy Bank SA expressly disclaims all responsibility,and shall not be liable, for any damages, costs, expenses, thirdparty claims or other adverse effects incurred in connection withthe use of the Card Funding Service.
