第九章 方法論
Chapter IX Methodology
方法;解決思維、說(shuō)話(huà)、行動(dòng)等問(wèn)題的途徑、程序等。方法論:關(guān)于認識世界、協(xié)調世界的基本方法的學(xué)問(wèn)。
Method: the ways and procedures to solve thinking, speaking, acting and other problems. Methodology: the learning about the basic methods to get to know the world and coordinate the world.
認識世界三步法: 現象——本質(zhì)——本質(zhì)原由——(相對、絕對)
The three steps to get to know the world: phenomenon—nature—cause of the nature—(relative and absolute)
協(xié)調世界三步法: 尊重——共生——克己服理——(和諧、斗爭)
The three steps to coordinate the world: respect—co-existence—being self-restraint and obedient to reason—(harmony and struggle)
認識世界與協(xié)調世界有機結合,目的在于提升自我、保障生存。
The aim for the combination of getting to know the world and coordinating the world lies in self-improvement and subsistence guarantee.
一、 基本方法:先做人,后做事。即:做事先做人,做人先正心。做事是“果”、做人是 “因”。做事是“末、做人是“本”。做事是“用”、做人是“體”。正所謂“索果求因”,本末、體用不可倒置。
I. Basic method: Be a good person before doing things. That is, to be an upright person first before doing things; to have a just mind before being a person. Doing things is the “result”, and be a good person is the “cause”. The former is the “end” and “function”, the latter the “root” and “body”. This is what is called “seeking the cause from the result”, and the order of the root and the end, and the body and the function cannot be reversed.
“做人”的三個(gè)層次:The three layers of being a good person:
1、做一個(gè)合格之人。(仁、義、禮、智、信——家庭為主)
1. Be a qualified person (benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and fidelity—mainly at home)
2、做與 “角色” 相配之人。(所在崗位要求——單位為主)
2. Be a person that matches one’s “role” (requirements of the job—mainly in the working place)
3、做大家想念之人。(戰勝自我,平凡而偉大——社會(huì )為主 )
3. Be a person missed by all (Self-conquering, be a plain but great person—mainly in the society)
“做事”的三個(gè)層次:The three layers of doing things:
1、分清本末、因果。
1.make clear the root and the end, the cause and the result;
2、排列先后順序。
2. arrange the order of the early or late;
3、用“心”求進(jìn)、耐得寂寞。
3. seek progress by “heart” and be able to stand loneliness.
驚喜不會(huì )天天有,還是平常日子多。千里之行、始于足下。天下大事必作于細,天下難事必始于易。能堅持做好日常小事者同樣是偉人!大平衡更崇拜這樣的人。
Surprising good luck won’t happen every day, and most of our days are normal and ordinary. A journey of a thousand miles starts from the first step. Great undertakings have small beginnings, and difficult tasks are tackled from where it’s easy. Those who conduct daily affairs well are truly great. The Great Balance Theory worship people of such.
無(wú)論做人、做事前提是“誠信”。沒(méi)有“誠信”之人,雖然表面風(fēng)光,其實(shí)內心非常痛苦。他們目光短淺急功近利的后果,不但會(huì )害了自己、害了兒女,還會(huì )給父母、老師、同事、朋友、家族、鄉親帶來(lái)不好的影響。
Whether to be a good person or to do things, good faith should be the premise. A person without good faith may appear fine and smart, but suffer greatly at heart. His shortsighted eagerness for quick success and instantbenefit not only do harm to himself and his children, but also affect his parents, teachers, colleagues, friends, families and fellow country men.

二、良知舒張法:一種特殊的自我平衡方法。
II. Conscience relaxation: a special method to get self-balance
自然科學(xué)證明,外界能量信息與人內心的良知無(wú)時(shí)不在互動(dòng),這種互動(dòng)會(huì )使人體分泌出相應嗎啡——做好事產(chǎn)生“益性嗎啡”,使人體健身輕、延年益壽。做壞事則產(chǎn)生使人心緒煩躁、坐立不安、吃睡不香、言行怪異、大損健康的“毒性嗎啡”。
Natural science has proved that interaction between external energy information and people’s conscience exists all the time, and such interaction will make the human body correspondingly excrete morphine—doing good things will generate “favorable morphine” to make people healthy, relaxed and prolong their life, while doing evil things will make people fret, fidget, unable to eat or sleep well, act and speak weirdly and do harm to their health.
又根據倫理學(xué)“人皆有良知”的原理,借助心理學(xué)的“自我暗示”原則、激勵原則,通過(guò)下面這首童謠——“因果”的流傳,產(chǎn)生輿論壓力——語(yǔ)言信息入腦入心,讓自己的良知 “自省、自責、自糾、自救”。經(jīng)過(guò)5年測試,該方法對那些:有罪行難證明、故意設局坑人、騙人、心中有“鬼”的人,懲處效果特別明顯。
According to the ethical principle that “people are born with conscience”, and the psychological self-suggestion and self-motivation, the following nursery rhyme about the “cause-result” relations may be used to help people make self-examination, self-accusation, self-correction and self-rescue as the rhyme will cause pressure of public opinion on them and the lines will be gradually rooted in their heart. Five years of experiment has shown that they are particularly effective in punishing those who have committed crimes that are difficult to be discovered, who have intentionally set traps to cheat others, and who have played dirty tricks.
良知舒張法的特點(diǎn)是:依靠自身“良心發(fā)現”促成 “現時(shí)報”。只要做壞事,別人也許不知道,但他自己心里卻是非常清楚。那他內心的“良知”就會(huì )使他感到心煩急燥、寢食不安、頭暈目眩、噩夢(mèng)叢生。這是大腦分泌出“毒性嗎啡”的結果。但只要主動(dòng)改正,癥狀立刻相應解除。
Features of the conscience relaxation method: It relies on the “conscience being stung” to lead to “temporal punishment”. Others may not know what evil one has done, but the person himself is very clear. His conscience will make him fret, fidget, unable to eat or sleep well, dizzy, having many nightmares. All these are the results of the “toxic morphine” generated by his brain. But once he has corrected his evil acts, the symptoms will be relieved immediately.
過(guò)去人們熟知的“惡有惡報,善有善報,不是不報,時(shí)辰未到”是“外察”——到時(shí)報。主要靠“外部”的法律、倫理約束。雖然效果也不錯,但一般認為報應時(shí)間長(cháng),各方代價(jià)大。為什么不能早一點(diǎn)?彼此損失少一點(diǎn)?為什么非要等到“惡貫滿(mǎn)盈”人財兩空才做了斷?如今有了“良知舒張法”“內審”——“現時(shí)報”作補充,二者有機結合效果可能更好。兩利取其大、兩害取其小。這是權宜之計,希望能聽(tīng)到更好的辦法。
The saying people are familiar with that “Evil is rewarded with evil, and good with good. If the reward in not forthcoming, it is because the time has not arrived” is the “external observation”—due punishment. Though it has certain effects by relying on the restrictions of “external” law and ethics, it takes too long and the cost is too high. Why not taking actions earlier with less loss? Why settling it up only after“the worst crime has been committed” and both the “beauty and possessions” are lost? Now, with the “internal examination”—temporary punishment of the “conscience relaxation method” as a supplement, the two may yield better results. It may be a makeshift measure to choose the greater of the two advantages and the lesser of the two evils, so it will be greatly appreciated if better suggestions are raised.
童謠“因果” :人間有天網(wǎng),良知不會(huì )差。作惡難度日,行善福壽長(cháng)。
The nursery rhyme on the “cause-result relationship”: Justice has long arms, conscience tells the truth. Doing evil makes one feel guilty, doing good prolongs your life.
三、縱橫創(chuàng )新法:成功 == 位置20% 方向20% 修為40% 機遇20%

四、12個(gè)具體環(huán)節:大平衡認為,人的一生有生理、心理、飲食、作息、居室、家庭、鄰里、單位、社會(huì )、大自然、交往、準平衡 12 個(gè)平衡環(huán)節。搞好它們的基本思路是:
IV. 12 links: The Great Balance Theory holds that there are 12 balance links throughout the life of a person: physiology, psychology, diet, work and rest, housing, family, neighbor, working place, society, nature, communication, and para-balance. The basic train of thoughts regarding these links:
1、尊重一條規律。一事當前,首先尊重“事物都有趨向自身平衡的本性”的規律。萬(wàn)物都想生存、應當相互尊重。世上不可能只有白天、只有男人、只有強者而沒(méi)有黑夜、女人和弱者。任何一方都不可能滅掉對方而獨立存在,同生共榮方為大本。
1. Respect one law. When dealing with things, the law that “things have the nature of seeking self-balance” should be first respected. Everything on earth wants to subsist, and should respect each other. It’s impossible that there is only day, men and powerful people on earth, and no night, women and weak people. Any party can wipe out the other and exist independently by itself, and co-existence with common prosperity is the fundamental rule.
2、具備兩個(gè)前提。1、心理前提:忠愛(ài)之心。2、科學(xué)前提:知已知彼。
2. Be provided with two premises: 1) psychological premise of love and loyalty, and 2) scientific premise of knowing oneself as well as the enemy.
3、遵循三條法則。1、規劃平衡:選定目標不高、不低。2、結構平衡:創(chuàng )建實(shí)現目標的對應條件。3、協(xié)調平衡:以“準平衡”為底限,“調整、切換”相機而行。
3. Following three rules: 1) planning balance: setting a goal that is not too high or too low; 2) structural balance: creating corresponding conditions for the realization of the goal; and 3) coordinating balance: taking the para-balance as the bottom line and making adjustments and changes when the time is opportune.
以上三條有機循環(huán)、靈活選用。
The above three rules should be flexibly adopted.
