2. Diagram. In order to make the description visualized to read. One good diagram is better than one thousand words, even if it is a draft.(Now, there are thousands of words that I can use several diagrams to describe, so I think more diagrams can help us to save time in the future when more new members need to understand our jobs)
3. Naming Style. A consistant naming style can lead us to read documents logically.
