People always eat too much when they face dazzling delicacies, and then have stomachaches and damage to figures. Here are some methods that can help you keep a healthy diet.
No. 1 Before 3 p.m. is the best time for metabolism of the body, which gives people enough time to burn calories.
No. 2 Drinking a bowl of porridge, having some fruits and vegetables after the gluttonous feast enables people to enjoy a day of gastrointestinal relaxation.
No. 3 Intermittent fasting means people eat nothing except to drink enough water in 18 to 36 hours. The study found that this can increase the secretion of growth hormone and promote the metabolism.
No. 4 Yogurt can promote digestion and reduce stomach discomfort after meals. Studies have found that women who drink milk or yogurt 3 or 4 times a day consume more than 70 percent of fat compared with those who do not eat dairy products.
