1、基數詞表示法 (請注意構詞規律)
注意：英語(yǔ)中，從后往前數，每三位數前要加一個(gè)逗號;第一個(gè)逗號處讀thousand，第二個(gè)逗號處讀million，第三個(gè)逗號處讀billion，第四個(gè)逗號處讀trillion
2、101-999讀法：讀“末尾兩位數或末位數”之前常加and

3、1,001以上的數詞的讀法：讀“末尾兩位數或末位數”之前常加and，讀逗號前兩位數或一位數之前也常加and

四、hundred/thousand/million/dozen用法
1、表示確定數目時(shí)，用單數形式
five hundred people 五百人;
eight thousand pounds 八千磅;
five million cars 五百萬(wàn)輛車(chē);
ten dozen eggs 十打雞蛋;
There are six hundred people in the square. 廣場(chǎng)上有600人。
Ten million cars were sold last year. 去年銷(xiāo)售了一千萬(wàn)輛車(chē)。
I bought five dozen eggs yesterday. 昨天我買(mǎi)了五打雞蛋。
2、表示確定數目時(shí)，若后跟us/you/them或the/ these/those或所有格，則須加上of
Five hundred of them came. 他們來(lái)了五百人。
Three thousand of the blue cars were sold. 已售出三千輛這些藍色的車(chē)。
He bought his wife two dozen of these roses. 他給他妻子買(mǎi)了兩打這些玫瑰。
One million of Henry’s workers refused to work at night. 亨利的一百萬(wàn)工人反對晚上上班。
3、與many,several, a few等連用修飾名詞復數時(shí)，用單數形式
several hundred people 幾百人;
a few thousand miles 幾千英里
many million times 數百萬(wàn)次;
a few dozen eggs 幾打雞蛋
The house is several hundred years old. 這屋子有幾百年歷史了。
She may have many thousand dollars. 她可能有好幾千美元。
Several dozen people gathered in front of the company. 幾十人聚集在公司門(mén)口。
hundreds of people 數百人;
thousands of students 數千名學(xué)生
millions of cars 數百萬(wàn)輛車(chē);

五、score用法
表示確定數目時(shí)
1、常用短語(yǔ)a score of，表示二十
a score of people 二十人; a score of workers;二十名工人
若超過(guò)二十，of常省略
three score students 六十名學(xué)生; five score teachers 一百位老師
three score years and ten 七十年
2、scores of: 許多
scores of people 許多人 scores of years 許多年
3、零(0)后常跟復數名詞
0 degrees= zero degrees 零度
0 points = zero points 零點(diǎn)
0 ounces = zero ounces 零盎司
