近期利用虛假客服電話(huà)行騙的釣魚(yú)網(wǎng)站數量急增，主要集中在網(wǎng)上銀行、航空售票、購物網(wǎng)站、旅行社預訂、數碼產(chǎn)品和家電維修等行業(yè)。
警方提示，廣大網(wǎng)民上網(wǎng)時(shí)要增強防范意識，訪(fǎng)問(wèn)正規大型網(wǎng)站，鑒別網(wǎng)站地址與官方網(wǎng)站地址是否完全相同。付款前，可以撥打相關(guān)單位官網(wǎng)公布的客服電話(huà)向工作人員咨詢(xún)核實(shí)，以防上當受騙。
