道歉大搜羅
日常生活中難免犯錯，給別人造成麻煩和困擾，這時(shí)最常用的說(shuō)法就是“都是我的錯”或者“全怪我”。
■ It's all my faults. I forget where I put it.
都是我的錯，我忘記放在哪里了。
■ I apologize for that， sir.
先生，請您原諒。
■ Oh， I'm very/so sorry， sir.
噢，先生，我實(shí)在很抱歉。
■ I apologize for that.
我對此感到很抱歉。
■ Don't blame it on him， but on me.
別怪他，該怪我。
■ I shouldn't have poked my nose into this.
怪我多事。
口語(yǔ)中常用的道歉有些隨意，在稍微正式點(diǎn)的場(chǎng)合就要說(shuō)得慎重一些了。
■ Now, I offer an apology to you for my absence.
現在，由于我的缺席我鄭重向你道歉。
■ I'm here to apologize to you for everything I've accidentally done to you.

還可以說(shuō)： That's my fault. I apologize.
A: This room is a complete mess!
這屋子太亂了!
B: Blame me. I was supposed to clean it up.

還可以說(shuō)： I'm to blame.
A: Will you forgive me for what I just said？
原諒我剛才說(shuō)的那些話(huà)好嗎？

如： Can you forgive me？ 你能原諒我嗎？
A: I can't come over tonight. Sorry for the short notice.
今晚我不能來(lái)了。真抱歉，告訴你得這么突然。
B: No problem. I'll see you some other time.
沒(méi)事兒，下次我們再見(jiàn)。
A: I want to apologize for the way I acted earlier today.
我想為我今天的行為向你道歉。
B: Apology accepted.
我接受你的道歉。
A: I'm sorry if what I said offended you!
如果我說(shuō)的話(huà)冒犯了你，我道歉。
B: It's okay. I will try to be less sensitive.
沒(méi)關(guān)系。我會(huì )盡量不那么敏感的。

如： We'd better keep off the sensitive topic.

A: Sorry about not ringing back.

B: It's okay. I was kind of busy anyway.
沒(méi)事，我也比較忙。
還可以說(shuō)： Sorry for not calling back.
A: You should never have said that.
你不該那么說(shuō)的。
B: I do beg your pardon.
請你一定原諒。
（3）pardon v. 原諒
如： He prays for your pardon.
他懇求你的原諒。
A: You really hurt me.
你真的傷害了我。
B: I apologize from the bottom of my heart.
我從心底里向你道歉。
還可以說(shuō)： I'm truly， truly sorry.
A: I owe you a long overdue apology.
我早就該向你道歉了。
B: It's okay.
